Clean the glasses only with lens cleaning cloths or other professional cleaning product. Do not use paper tissues.
Do not expose the glasses to strong chemicals such as gasoline, solvents, or adhesives, as they may seriously damage or change the color of the frame.
Avoid contact with saltwater.
Store your glasses away from direct sunlight, in a clean, dry place.
The screws should be tightened occasionally by an optician or certified dealer.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to regular or improper use, such as scratched lenses and a broken frame.
Do not expose the sunglasses to extreme temperatures or rapid temperature changes.
They are designed to resist impact with normal use. They should not be subjected to strong impacts, dropped on hard surfaces, or sat on.

When will I receive my order?

Dear #LaubeLover, we know that when you choose something special, you want it in your hands as soon as possible. Here's how our shipping and pickup options work:

Shipping within the Metropolitan Region:

  • Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days*.
  • Process: You will receive a confirmation email and notifications from SENDU about your shipment.

Shipping to other Regions:

  • Delivery time: Between 2 and 10 business days*.
  • Process: You will receive a confirmation email and notifications from SENDU with the tracking number.

In-Store Pickup:

  • Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days*.
  • Notification: You will receive an automatic email and WhatsApp confirmation when your order is ready.

*Our garments are made in our workshop. Delivery times may occasionally vary. For PRE-ORDER items, delivery time will be 7 to 10 business days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Business days: We operate Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

What does pre-order mean? The garment is cut and sewn at the time of purchase, with a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days.
Changes and returns

EXCHANGES


If you need to make an exchange, you have 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. You only need to present your electronic receipt or order number. Remember to check your spam folder.

For residents of the Metropolitan Region:
You can visit any of our physical stores. Our advisors will check that the product is in perfect condition to process it quickly.

For residents of other regions:
Send us an email to contacto@laubestores.cl with the subject: "Garment Exchange", indicating your receipt or order number. Our team will guide you step-by-step to make the exchange.

Important:

  • Received products must be in perfect condition, without signs of use or deterioration.
  • If the reason for the exchange is due to color or size, for the same model, the price paid will be honored.
  • Exchanges are only made for items from the same season.
  • Items from the SAMPLE SALE category are not eligible for exchange or refund.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you need to return a product, you have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Present your electronic receipt or order number to request a refund. If you are from another region, notify us within that period at contacto@laubestores.cl. After this period, no refunds will be made.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method you used when making your purchase. If you placed an online order, these will be requested from Mercado Pago, or if you purchased in physical stores, they will be requested from Transbank.

These policies are supported by Law No. 19.496.
