Shipping within the Metropolitan Region:
Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days*.
Process: You will receive a confirmation email and notifications from SENDU regarding your shipment.
Shipping to other Regions:
Delivery time: Between 2 and 10 business days*.
Process: You will receive a confirmation email and notifications from SENDU with a tracking number.
In-Store Pickup:
Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days*.
Notification: You will receive an automatic email and WhatsApp confirmation when your order is ready.
*Our garments are made in our workshop, so your item may be in the finishing stages, which could extend the delivery time by a few days. We will keep you informed if this is the case!

What does pre-order mean? The garment is cut and made at the time of purchase, with a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days.
