At LAUBESTORES, we believe in a clear, transparent shopping experience that aligns with current regulations.


🏬 IN-STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made in our physical stores are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

EXCHANGES

You may request only one exchange per product within 30 consecutive days from the purchase date.

Garments must be:

·       Unused

·       Unwashed

·       With original tags

·       In perfect condition

·       With receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges are only for products from the same season.

SAMPLE SALE items are not eligible for exchange or return.

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for purchases made in-store.

ONLINE PURCHASES

RETURNS

Applies only to purchases made through our online store. You can request a return within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with Law No. 19,496.

If you choose the in-store pickup option, the period begins when you receive the availability notification via WhatsApp or email.

For a return to be valid:

·       The request and receipt of the product must be made within the same 10-day period.

·       The garment must be unused, with tags, and in perfect condition.

·       Associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase (Mercado Pago, Venti, or Transbank, as applicable).

Exchanges for online purchases

We accept only one exchange per garment, within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Garments must meet the same condition requirements mentioned above.

Exchanges are only for products from the same season.

SAMPLE SALE items are not eligible for exchange or return.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Dear #LaubeLover, we know that when you choose something special, you want it in your hands as soon as possible.

1. Shipping within the Metropolitan Region

Estimated time: 1 to 3 business days*.

You will receive email confirmation and notifications from SENDU.

2. Shipping to other regions

Estimated time: 2 to 10 business days*.

You will receive confirmation and a tracking number from SENDU.

3. In-store pickup

Estimated time: 1 to 3 business days*.

You will receive an automatic email and WhatsApp confirmation when your order is available.

*Our garments are made in our workshop. Occasionally, the delivery time may vary.

PRE-ORDER items

Manufacturing and delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
