When will I receive my order?
Dear #LaubeLover, we know that when you choose something special, you want it in your hands as soon as possible. Here's how our shipping and pickup options work:
Shipping within the Metropolitan Region:
Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days*.
Process: You will receive a confirmation email and notifications from SENDU regarding your shipment.
Shipping to other Regions:
- Delivery time: Between 2 and 10 business days*.
- Process: You will receive a confirmation email and notifications from SENDU with a tracking number.
In-Store Pickup:
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days*.
- Notification: You will receive an automatic email and WhatsApp confirmation when your order is ready.
*Our garments are made in our workshop, so your item may be in the finishing stages, which could extend the delivery time by a few days. We will keep you informed if this is the case!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Business days: We operate Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
What does pre-order mean? The garment is cut and made at the time of purchase, with a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days.
Do you ship to all of Chile?
Yes, to all of Chile. We have free shipping on purchases over $149,990. Shipping costs range from $3,990 CLP to $8,000 CLP.
