EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

For exchanges of garments purchased in our showroom or at www.laubestores.cl, you have a maximum of 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase, presenting the electronic receipt or order number.

No exchanges or refunds are made for SAMPLE garments.

If you reside in Santiago Metropolitan Region, you must go to our store located at Luis Pasteur 6411, store 18, 2nd floor, Vitacura, to exchange the product. Once there, our Image Consultant will inspect the garment and approve the exchange. 

If you are a resident of a region, you must request your exchange through contactolaube@gmail.com with the subject “Garment Exchange” and specify the receipt number or order number. Once the email is received, our customer service team will provide you with the relevant instructions.

It should be noted that the garment cannot show signs of use and/or deterioration, as this will prevent the exchange from being carried out. All exchanges are made for items from the same season, without exception.

For returns and/or refunds, these must be requested within 10 days of the reception date. After this time, no refunds will be issued.
