Change Policies


For changes of garments purchased in our showroom or in You have a maximum period of 30 continuous days from the date of purchase, presenting the electronic receipt or order number.

If you are a resident of the Santiago Metropolitan Region, you must visit our store located at Luis Pasteur 6411, local 18, 2nd floor, Vitacura, to exchange the product. Once there, our Image Consultant will inspect the garment and approve the change.

If you are a resident of the region, you must request your change through with the subject "Change of Garment" and specify the ticket number or order number, once the email is received our customer service team will give you the instructions of the case.

It should be noted that the garment cannot have signs of use and/or deterioration as this will prevent the change from being made, all changes are made for items from the same season, without exception.

For returns and/or refunds, these must be requested within 10 days after the date of receipt. After this time no refund will be made.
